城市郊区空心村问题解决规划策略初探——结合京郊灵水村调研及建设分析

城市化进程使得城市近郊农村空心村问题越发严重,突出表现在京津冀地区。城郊空心村问题已经成为城市发展不平衡的重要因素。本文基于对功能空间一体化理念的理解,对灵水村案例进行详细研究,运用景观规划的手段在功能、空间、过程三方面的参与中寻找解决北京周边村落空心化的方法,最大效率的地利用好每一份块被闲置的土地,重塑村落活力。

Urbanization makes the city suburb rural hollow village problem increasingly serious that outstanding performance in beijing-tianjin-hebei region. Suburban hollow village has become an important factor of urban development imbalance. In order to reshape the village energy this paper based on the understanding of the functional space integration and used the means of landscape planning in three aspects of function, space, process involved in searching for solutions to Beijing surrounding villages hollowing and through the study of the research of lingshui village planning and construction can maximum efficiency make good use of every idle land.
