摘要
运用空间句法的研究方法,对仙林新城区的空间布局进行分析评价,集成度与智能度的分析结果表明:仙林新城区分别以仙林大道和二环路为横纵轴线展开布局分区,由于开发时序的原因,西部玄武软件园、马群科技园及大学集中区的集成度高,与区域的联系及可达性好,社会性强;而高科技园区、国际会展区和高尚住宅区相对较差。再继续推进二期开发的同时,应对各分区的产业结构进行合理优化,调整目前分区功能过于单一的问题,优化区域设施、产业、资源。
With the research method of space syntax, spatial layout of Xianlin district were studied. The analysis results of integration and intelligent showed that the central area of Xian/in district was intersection of Xianfin road and Erhuan road. With the reason of development timing, Xuanwu software park, Maqun science park and College town were high integration, accessibility and had strong sociality. Nevertheless, High-tech park, the international council galleries, noble residential areas were relatively poor. To solve the problem of the partition function singleness. industrial structure of each partition should be optimizated in the future development. Reasonable atlocation of regional infrastructure, industry and resource were also important.
