文章结合广西北部湾港发展实际,深入分析了"十二五"以来广西北部湾港港口基础设施建设取得的成就和存在的主要问题,提出了"十三五"时期加快广西北部湾港建设和发展的基本思路与主要任务。

Combined with the actual development of Guang）d Beibu Gulf Port,this article conducted the in-depth analysis on the achievements obtained from and problems existing in infrastructure construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port during the 12th Five-year Plan Pedod, and proposed the basic ideas and major tasks to accelerate the construction and development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port during the 13th Five-year Plan Period.
