摘要
目的:探讨基于微流控芯片技术的精子优选方法研究。方法:利用CO2激光仪制作有精子优选功能的微流控芯片,模拟体内生殖微环境,对精子进行优选。结果:成功设计并制作了本研究所用微流控芯片。对精子进行优选,对A+B精子的筛选回收率为50%,方便后续精子受精操作。结论:本项目所开发的微流控芯片能够实现精子优选功能。
Objective To study sperm sorting method based on microfl uidic chip platform. Methods The microfl uidic chip for sperm sorting was fabricated by use of CO2 laser machine, which simulated the in vivo microenvironment to realize the sperm sorting function. Results The microfl uidic chip was designed and fabricated in order to sort A+B sperms, and the sorting rate reached 50 %. Conclusion The microfl uidic chip fabricated can sort A+B sperms successfully.
