摘要
目的:探讨髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的临床应用价值。方法:选取广州市花都区第二人民医院2010年1月-2014年1月期间骨科住院部髌骨骨折患者152例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,观察组(78例)采用髌骨爪内固定,对照组(74例)采用克氏针张力带内固定,比较两组治疗情况。结果:观察组治疗优良率(98.72%)明显高于对照组(87.84%),并发症发生率(2.56%)明显低于对照组(17.57%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组手术时间、骨折治愈时间等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折临床疗效肯定,并显著降低并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of patella claw in treating patellar fracture. Methods152 cases patellar fracture from orthopedics were selected, randomly divided into two groups, observation group（78 cases） were given patella claw fixation, control group（74 cases） were given Kirschner wire tension band fixation. Results The excellent and good rate of observation group was signifi cantly higher than control group, the complications incidence was signifi cantly lower than control group（P0.05）.The operation time,the fracture healing time in the two groups were no signifi cant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effi cacy of patella claw for patella fracture is satisfying; it signifi cantly reduces complications and the cost, and worthy of clinical application.
