智力障碍儿童神经康复综合治疗临床观察

The Clinical Effect of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation for the Intellectual Disability Children

目的：观察综合神经康复治疗对智力障碍（ID）儿童的临床疗效;方法：2013年6月至2014年46例智力障碍患儿,其中智力发育障碍26例,全面发育迟缓20例,综合给予3个月的神经康复药物治疗、神经康复理疗和神经康复功能训练。治疗前和治疗后进行智力发育测试,比较治疗前后的智力变化情况。结果：（1）治疗后26名ID患儿韦氏智力测试得分仅2名智商无变化,13名提高5分以内,11名提高5分以上。治疗后言语智商、操作智商和总智商较治疗前均明显提高（P〈0.05）;（2）治疗后20名全面发育迟缓（GDD）儿童0~6岁儿童神经心理发育量表仅2名智龄无变化、10名提高3个月以内、8名提高3个月以上。治疗后较各项指标较治疗前有不同程度提高,其中大运动、精细运动、适应行为、语言和智龄比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,社交行为和发育商比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：综合神经康复治疗能够明显提高智力障碍患儿的智龄和智商。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intellectual disability（ID） children therapy with comprehensive neural rehabilitation in the hospital. Methods 46 cases of intellectual disability children treated in our department, including 26 cases of intellectual developmental disorder（IDD）, 20 cases of Global Developmental Delay（GDD）, to give comprehensive neural rehabilitation include neurological drug, neurological physiotherapy and function training for 3 months. Intelligence development was tested and compared before and after the treatment. Results（1） After treatment, 26 IDD children with Wechsler intelligence test scores, the verbal IQ, performance IQ and IQ were significantly improved than before treatment, the difference is significant（P〈0.05）;（2） After treatment 20 GDD children with neuropsychological development examination table aged 0-6 years old, compared with before treatment, all indicator has improved in different degree, the difference of movement, fine motor, to adapt to the behavior, language and intellectual age are significant（P〈0.05）, social behavior and development quotient difference are not significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve the intellectual age and IQ in ID children, Which is worthy to promote.
