阑尾炎诊断中多层螺旋CT临床应用价值分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探究多层螺旋电子计算机X射线断层扫描(CT)在阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值,以便为临床提供指导。方法:选取80例急性阑尾炎患者,随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组进行腹部B超检查,观察组进行16排螺旋CT检查,统计两组确诊率。结果:所有患者经手术病理确诊为阑尾炎,其中有50例急性脓性阑尾炎,22例单纯性阑尾炎,8例急性坏疽性阑尾炎。观察组确诊率为97.5%;对照组确诊率为90.0%,观察组确诊率明显高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT在诊断阑尾炎具有较好的应用价值,能够有效提高确诊率,减少误诊率,可为临床诊断和及时治疗阑尾炎提供重要帮助。
