目的:探讨双胎妊娠晚期1胎胎死宫内的围生期护理,从而为临床提供可靠的数据。方法:随机选取我院2010年1月至2014年5月间收治的16名双胎妊娠晚期1胎胎死宫内孕妇为研究对象,重点监测孕妇产前的凝血功能以及存活胎儿的宫内情况,并对孕妇做好心理护理,同时在分娩过程中密切关注孕妇的产程进展,做好新生儿复苏,预防产后大出血和感染的护理工作,指导产妇进行母乳喂养并加强对症治疗。结果:所有产妇及存活儿中无死亡病例,其中在治疗的过程中有3例孕妇由于出现产科指征从而导致未满足月时终止妊娠。结论:通过对双胎妊娠晚期1胎胎死宫内的孕妇进行优质的围生期护理,可以明显降低孕产妇以及新生儿的死亡风险,在临床中具有重要的意义。
