急诊骨外伤放射诊断存有争议病例分析

Disputed Case Analysis of Bone Trauma Emergency Radiology

目的:分析急诊骨外伤患者放射诊断存有争议的原因,探讨相应的应对措施,提高骨外伤患者放射诊断准确率。方法:选取2012年6月至2014年5月间放射诊断存有争议的急诊骨外伤患者15例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较其X线影像和最终确诊结果差异。结果:在本组15例中,放射诊断争议引起的原因有患者检查体位不当、X线操作技术误差、隐匿性骨折、椎体变形以及漏诊,分别有4例、5例、3例、2例和1例,经针对性调整X线诊断条件或使用MRI、CT诊断后确诊。结论:急诊骨外伤放射诊断存有争议原因是多方面的,在实际诊断中,需要加强X线放射检查质量、考虑X射线诊断的局限性、将放射诊断结果与患者临床表现结合分析等措施,来提高急诊骨外科放射诊断的准确率,为临床治疗提供有效依据。

Objective To analyze the bone radiology trauma patients in emergency disputed the reasons discussed corresponding measures to improve bone trauma radiology diagnostic accuracy. Methods 15 disputed bone trauma patients from June 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed to compare the X-ray image and the final diagnosis results vary.Results In this study group, because radiology controversy caused by improper posture patients examination, X-ray technique error, occult fractures, vertebral body deformation and missed, there were four cases, 5 cases, 3 cases, 2 cases and one case, the targeted adjustment X-ray diagnosis of the condition or use of MRI, CT diagnosis after diagnosis. Conclusion Bone trauma emergency radiology controversial for many reasons, of which the actual diagnosis, the need to enhance the quality of X-ray radiography, considering the limitations of X-ray diagnosis, the radiological diagnosis and clinical manifestations binding assays and other measures, to improve the accuracy of emergency orthopedic surgery diagnostic radiology, and provide an effective basis for clinical treatment.
