摘要
沉默信息调节因子6(SIRT6)是NAD+依赖的组蛋白去乙酰化酶,其参与细胞基因组稳定、糖脂代谢和炎症等多种生物学过程。近来研究表明SIRT6可通过自身酶活性调节与肿瘤发生、增殖及代谢等多种相关基因的表达和蛋白活性,继而参与肿瘤的发生发展。本文就SIRT6的生物学功能、其在肿瘤细胞生物学行为中的作用及在肿瘤诊断治疗中的潜在价值作一综述。
NAD.dependent deacetylase sirtuin.6( SIRT6) is a NAD+.dependent histone deacetylase which participates in numerous biological activities such as genomic stability, glucose and lipid metabolism, inflammation, and so on. Recent researches show that SIRT6 is closely related to tumor cell initiation, proliferation, metabolism, etc. In this paper, the biological function of SIRT6, its potential role in tumor cell biology and its potential value in tumor diagnosis are reviewed.
