摘要
嗜酸粒细胞性食管炎(Eo E)是以食管壁全层嗜酸粒细胞浸润为病理特征的慢性免疫性炎性疾病,临床表现无特异性,发病机制尚未明确,诊断需结合临床、内镜、组织病理学等多方面因素。治疗方法主要包括饮食、药物和手术等。本文就Eo E的研究进展作一综述。
Eosinophilic esophagitis（ Eo E） is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease characterized by accumulation of eosinophils in all layers of esophagus and lacking typical clinical manifestations. The pathogenesis has not yet been clarified. Diagnosis is mainly by combined judgment,including clinical manifestation,endoscopy and histopathology.Treatment includes food,drug and surgical therapy. This article reviewed the advances in study on Eo E.
