径向间隙及叶片型线对液环泵性能影响的分析 被引量:15

摘要 采用欧拉气液两相流动模型对液环真空泵内部三维非稳态气液两相流动进行数值模拟,通过数值模拟研究叶轮与壳体间的径向间隙及叶片型线对液环泵性能的影响,分析了液环泵内液相能量转换的规律,分析了前弯、后弯及直叶片不同叶片型线液环泵性能曲线,分析了叶轮径向间隙对液环泵性能的影响。数值模拟结果表明后弯叶片、径向直叶片和前弯叶片下液环泵的极限真空度和最大流量依次递增;随着叶轮径向间隙的减小,液环泵的极限真空度和最大流量逐渐增大。为液环泵的性能优化研究提供了理论依据。 The three dimensional transient gas-liquid flow in liquid-ring pump was simulated using Eulerian method. The impact of radial gap and blade profile on the performance of the liquid-ring pump was investigated by numerical simulation. The energy transfer law of liquid in liquid-ring pump was analyzed. The performance curves of liquid-ring pump with forward curved, straight, and backward curved blade profile were compared. The performance curves of different radial gap were compared. The numerical results show that the ultimate vacuum and maximum flow rate of liquid-ring pump with backward curved, straight, and forward curved blade profile increase successively, the ultimate vacuum and maximum flow rate increase gradually with the increase of ra- dial gap ,which paved the way for hydraulic optimization of liquid-ring pump.
