摘要
为探求水分胁迫对连翘生理的影响,选出抗旱优良植株,以2a生连翘、美国金钟连翘、东北连翘和金叶连翘为试验材料,通过盆栽控水试验研究了水分胁迫对4种连翘叶片丙二醛含量、渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的影响,并探讨了这些生理指标与其抗旱性的关系。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,4种连翘的游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量呈增加趋势,而可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势,连翘、美国金钟连翘、东北连翘和金叶连翘的降幅分别为57.14%、36.36%、46.67%和25.00%;丙二醛含量增加,但各品种之间无较大区别,到第25天时,连翘、美国金钟连翘、东北连翘和金叶连翘脯氨酸含量分别比对照增加了3.17倍、2.37倍、1.91倍和2.50倍;美国金钟连翘的超氧化物歧化酶呈波动下降趋势,其他3种呈波动上升趋势;连翘和东北连翘的过氧化物酶呈波动下降趋势,美国金钟连翘和金叶连翘呈波动上升趋势;而过氧化氢酶均为下降趋势。
To explore the effects of water stress on forsythia physiology,good drought-resistant plants were chosen from 2year-old plants of Forsythia suspensa,F.×intermelia,F.mandschuricaand F.suspensa ‘Aurea',and through pot water control experiments of 4chosen species the water stress was studied on the genus forsythia leaves malondialdehyde content,osmotic regulation substances,protective enzyme activity and the relationship between the physiological indexes with their drought resistance were explored.Results showed that with the extension of drought stress time,the genus forsythia free proline and soluble sugar content of the four species increased,while their soluble protein declined with the decreasing rate of Forsythia suspensa,F.×intermelia,F.mandschuricaand F.suspensa ‘Aurea'being 57.14%,36.36%,46.67% and 25.00%respectively.There was an increase of MDA content but no obvious differences among the 4species.On the 25 th day of water stress,the proline content of Forsythia suspensa,F.×intermelia,F.mandschuricaand F.suspensa ‘Aurea'increased by 3.17 times,2.37 times,1.91 times and 2.50 times respectively,compared with the control.SOD volatility of the F.×intermeliashowed a downward trend,while the other three species showed a greater uptrend of volatility.POD volatility of Forsythia suspensa and F.mandschurica decrweased,with the increase in volatility of F.×intermeliaand F.suspensa‘Aurea'.and CAT of the 4species had a volatility decline.
