摘要
高等植物的卵细胞深藏在子房中的胚珠深处,为卵细胞的发育机理和离体操作研究带来了很大的困难。虽然目前已经成功地分离出了多种植物卵细胞,但对于一种"新"的植物,尤其是双子叶植物而言,其卵细胞的分离仍然是一个挑战。为促进人们对植物卵细胞分离的了解,加快卵细胞分离的进程,文章综述了植物卵细胞的形成与作用、发展进程、分离技术的研究现状和影响因素,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。
The egg cells of higher plants are embedded in the deep in the ovary,it has brought a lot of difficulties for the study of the developmental mechanism and the isolated operation of the egg cells.Although we have isolated many plant egg cells successfully,but for a"new"plant,especially twin leaf plants,the separation of the egg cells is still a challenge.To promote the separation of plant egg cells,and speed up the process of egg cell separation,this article summarized the formation and function,development process,research status and the influence factors of separation technology of the egg cells,and prospected the future development direction.
