中小城市广场的改造和设计——以清河县新世纪广场为例

The reconstruction and design on the plaza of small and medium cities——A case study of the New Century Plaza of Qinghe County

为了提高中小城市广场的空间品质、文化底蕴和功能需求等,以清河县新世纪广场为研究案例,采用使用后评价方法对现状进行调查分析,发现广场存在空旷无景、功能单一、设施不足等缺点,并提出了改造和设计方案:增加文化区、活力区、生态区,对不同的分区按不同的空间功能进行设计,充分发挥每个分区的作用,建成更符合城市文化和人们需求的城市广场,为清河县政府和其他中小城市广场改造设计提供参考性意见。

In order to improve space quality,cultural heritage and functional requirements in small-medium cities,an investigation on the New Century Plaza of Qinghe County as a case,was conducted and its current situation was analyzed by post evaluation.The results showed the plaza had an open view without scenery,single function,inadequate facilities and other disadvantages and simultaneously,some feasible suggestions in its transformation and design scheme were put forward by increasing the cultural district,vitality area,and ecological area,designing different partitions according to different spatial functions and giving full play to the role of each partition,to realize its construction more in line with the demand of urban culture and city squares and to provide references for Qinghe county government and other medium and small cities in the rebuilding and design of plaza.
