摘要 在移动互联网时代,运营商的传统优势正在逐渐丢失,业务开展需要新的突破口。从实际需求出发结合自身网络优势,深化流量经营,是运营商未来发展的一个重要方向。分析了移动互联网的业务需求及差异化业务保障的可应用场景,介绍了Qo S与PCC策略控制的基本原理,提出并对比移动互联网差异化业务保障相关解决方案及测试验证方法,最后给出了差异化业务保障在LTE网络中的应用建议。 Operators is loosing traditional advantages gradually in mobile Internet and new service is needed imminently. Traffic operation strategies with refinement and variety based on actual requirement and LTE network is a new direction to help operators get more revenue. It analyzes the requirement of mobile Internet and application scenarios which require diverse service assurance, introduces the basics of QoS and PCC policy control, and proposes different solutions of mobile Internet diverse service assurance. Finally it gives the application recommendations of diverse service assurance in LTE networks.
