摘要
钠与绝对乙醇作用生成乙醇钠,然后与丙二酸二乙酯反应,再用1-溴丙烷进行烷基化,碱性条件下水解,HCl酸化,加热脱羧,与Na OH成盐,合成了丙戊酸钠,总收率为45.1%。该合成方法操作简单,适合工业化生产。
Sodium ethylate was prepared with absolute ethanol and sodium, then reacted with diethyl malonate. Sodium valproate was synthesized through a five-step route including alkylation of n-propyl using 1-bromo-propane as raw material, hydrolyzation under alkaline conditions, acidification with hydrochloric, heat decarboxyla-tion, salification with sodium hydroxide, the total yield was 45.1%. The process is simple and suitable for industrial production.
