摘要
以降解压裂液增稠剂并产β-甘露聚糖酶的Bacillus subtilis K为出发菌株,采用紫外线和甲基磺酸乙酯诱变提高酶的活性。结果表明紫外线照射时间选为30-40s,诱变后酶活提高了13.97%;1%的甲基磺酸乙酯诱变10min,酶活提高了3.97%,紫外线诱变效果好于甲基磺酸乙酯。
Bacillus subtilis K was used as the starting strain, and the activity of the enzyme was enhanced by UV and methyl ethyl ester. Results show that UV irradiation time chosen for the 30-40s, mutagenesis and enzy-matic activity increased 13.97%; 1% ethyl methanesulfonate mutagenized 10 min, the enzyme activity increased 3.97%,UV mutagenesis effect good to methyl sulfonic acid ethyl ester.
