摘要
为了研究不同冲击环境下的舰载设备的响应及激励力频率对设备响应的影响,对不同类型和重量设备的响应进行了数值仿真和理论分析。将舰载设备在冲击载荷作用下的受力模型简化为基础激励的多自由度系统,利用虚拟约束边界模态方法建立了不同冲击环境下多自由度系统响应的计算方法,通过系统的频响函数分析激励力频率对设备响应的影响。结果表明:冲击谱参数中谱位移和谱速度对设备响应影响较大,而谱加速度大幅变化对设备响应基本无影响;当激励力频率大于舰载设备中各主要子结构中最高的低阶自由界面模态截断频率的两倍时,可忽略激励力对设备响应的影响。分析结果可对舰载设备在冲击载荷作用下的响应分析及抗冲击评估提供参考。
In order to study the response of a shipboard equipment under different shock environment and the effects of exciting frequency on equipment response,the responses of different types equipments with different weights were analyzed using numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The force-bearing model of the shipboard equipment under impact load was simplified as a multi-DOF system with base excitation. Using the modal method of virtual constraint boundary,a calculation method for the response of the multi-DOF system under different shock environment was established. The effects of exciting frequency on equipment response were studied by analyzing the frequency response function of the system. The results showed that the spectral displacement and spectral velocity have a significant effect on equipment response,but the great changes of spectral acceleration have little influence on equipment response; the effects of exciting force on equipment response are negligible when the exciting frequency is larger than twice the modal truncation frequency for the highest one of lower order free-interface modes. The results provided a reference for response analysis of shipboard equipment under impact load and its impact resistant ability evaluation.
