摘要 催化裂化装置是炼油厂实现效益的核心装置,近年来受装置老化、加工原油劣质化、多样化,以及在生产过程中产生的腐蚀后移等诸多因素影响,设备腐蚀问题日益突出,严重威胁着装置的安全生产。对炼制原料油的比例及性质进行了分析,分析了本装置主要存在的几种腐蚀形式,并描述了现场实际案例,同时从理论上分析了每种腐蚀形式产生的原因。根据装置现有的条件,提出了原料掺炼、工艺防腐、循环水管理、定点测厚、材质升级等防腐措施。 The FCC unit is the critical process unit in the petroleum refinery for economics maximization. Due to the aging of unit equipment and deterioration and variation of crude oil quality, the corrosion is becoming increasingly serious, which affects the safe operation of the unit. The properties of crude oils and their blending percentages are analyzed, and the main corrosion forms of the unit are studied. The causes of each corrosion form are theoretically analyzed. The corrosion prevention measures i. e. blending of feedstock, application of process corrosion prevention, management of cooling water, fixed - point thickness measurement and material upgrading ete are recommended based upon existing site conditions. The process corrosion prevention is first considered, which is supported by right selection of materials. As corrosion can occur at every place, good corrosion protection and prevention and good corrosion management are essential for the intrinsic safety of equipment and long - term stable operation of the unit.
