代际差异视角下人力资本对农民工工资收入的影响分析

Study on the Impact of Human Capital on Migrant Wages from the Intergenerational Differences Perspective

本文利用佛山市南海区2561个农民工调查数据,分别采用OLS回归及分位数回归方法分析了人力资本对于农民工工资收入的影响,并比较了人力资本要素对新老两代农民工工资收入的影响差异。研究表明人力资本与工资收入之间紧密关联,受教育程度、工作经验及健康状况对工资收入有着显著的正向作用。比较两代农民工可以发现,受教育程度对第一代农民工的影响更为显著,而工作经验及健康因素对新生代农民工的影响更大一些。此外,性别、年龄等个人特征要素对工资收入也有着一定的影响。

According to the survey data of migrant workers collected from Nanhai District,using ordinary least squares and quantile regression, this article analyzes the impact of human capital on migrant wages, and compares the difference of the effect of human capital on the old and new migrant workers. Research shows that human capital is closely connected to the wages, education, word experience and health status have significant positive effects on wages. Comparing the two generations, we can find that the influence of education on migrant workers of the first generation is more remarkable. For the new generation of migrants, work experience and health make a bigger difference. In addition,personal characteristic element such as age and gender also have some impacts on wages.
