摘要
自从教育部实施卓越法律人才计划以来,法学界针对卓越法律人才的研究成果颇多。然而,到目前为止,关于卓越法律人才认定的标准问题尚没有达成共识。基于教育部卓越法律人才实施计划及法学本科生培养目标与现状,如果法学本科生同时具备了卓越的专业知识、卓越的专业技能、基本的跨学科、跨专业的行业知识与技能以及基本的职业伦理素质四方面的条件,教育界理应认定其为卓越法律人才。
Since the Ministry of Education carries out the plan of Exellent Legal Talents,legal circles have been studying the problems of exellent legal talents. Based on the plan carried out by the Ministry of Education and the aims and realities of training legal undergraduates,if legal undergraduates have had such elements as exellent speciality knowledge,exellent speciality technology,basic interdisciplinary industry knowledge and skills and basic professional ethic quality,it is necessary for educational circles to identify them as exellent legal talents.
