钢-混结合梁有限元分析技术研究及应用

摘要 汉中市西二环三塔斜拉-悬索组合桥梁,结构空间构造错综复杂,设计难度大。文章利用ANSYS边界耦合方式建立一种符合实际情况的结合梁有限元分析模型,研究大跨度桥梁工程中结合梁段在柔索组合体系下钢箱梁的受力特性;利用ANSYS的参数化设计语言编制了分析文件和优化控制文件,分析解决可能存在局部应力过大和局部稳定等关键性问题,经计算获得结合梁的最优截面形式,从而为复杂的空间结构设计提供有益的参考。 The suspended cable-stayed composite girder with three towers on the West 2nd Ring Road in Hanzhong City features compli- cated structure and difficult design. In this paper, the ANSYS boundary coupling mode is applied to build one finite element analysis model of the composite girder which satisfies the actual conditions to study the action characteristics of the steel box girder of the compos- ite girder section under the flexible cable composite system in the large-span girder bridge projects. The parameterization design language of ANSYS is applied to compile the analysis documents and optimize the control documents as well. The key issues such as the potential local extreme stress and the local stability are analyzed. The optimum section shape of the composite girder is obtained through calcula- tion. Accordingly, the beneficial reference is provided to the design of the complicated structures.
