摘要
大型石化工程软土地基处理技术十分复杂。以中石油广西石化1 000万t/a炼油工程为背景,详细介绍了中间原料罐区、污水处理场及循环水场等典型石化建筑区域的强夯法地基处理方案,在多道瞬态面波、重型动力触探及静载试验结果统计分析的基础上,对不同强夯能级下强夯加固处理效果进行了详细分析,得到了不同区域不同夯级的有效加固深度,场地经过强夯加固处理后,地基承载力和压缩模量满足设计要求;此外,在实际施工中,针对检测结果反映的软弱区域,建议适当补充后续加固措施,以达到工程设计及安全性要求。
Treatment technology of soft foundation in large petrochemical refinery is very complex. Based on the 10 Mt/a oil processing project invested by Guangxi Petrochemical of China Petroleum, the dynamic compaction schemes of foundation treatment in some typical petrochemical sites such as intermediate material storage tank zone, wastewater treatment zone and recycled water zone were introduced in detail. Based on statistical analysis of multi-channel transient surface wave test, heaw dynamic penetration test and static load test, the effective reinforcement depths at different compaction energy levels were obtained for different sites. Besides, some later reinforcement measures should be carried out in construction to treat tested soft foundation to satisfy design and safety requirements.
