摘要
以江苏LNG接收站为例,结合接收站的工艺流程,研究了脱甲烷塔再沸比、脱乙烷塔再沸比和回流比与乙烷产品产量和乙烷产品中乙烷含量的关系,分离压力对轻烃分离装置能耗的影响。通过增设回流的方式对轻烃分离工艺流程进行了优化,并对优化后的流程进行模拟,结果表明新工艺能够增加乙烷产量,提升了轻烃分离装置的经济性。
By taking the process flow of Jiangsu LNG terminal for example, the relations of demethanizer reboil ratio, deethanizer reboil ratio and reflux ratio with ethane product yield and ethane content in ethane product are re- searched, as well as the influence of separation pressure on energy consumption of light hydrocarbon separa- tion equipment. The light hydrocarbon separation process flow is optimized by the way of adding reflux, and the optimized process flow is simulated. The results show that the new process can increase ethane yield and improve the economy of the light hydrocarbon separation equipment.
