基于触摸屏控制的中频加热温度控制系统研制

摘要 在石油和天然气管道建设中,采用中频感应加热补口施工技术具有加热速度快、热效率高、可控性好等特点。针对补口工艺温度难以准确控制问题,研制出了基于触摸屏控制的中频加热温度自动控制系统。试验表明,该温控系统人机界面友好,能准确地实现对管道加热温度的实时监测和控制,对于提高补口质量,减轻劳动强度和提高生产效率等具有实际意义。 In the oil and gas pipeline construction, field joint coating using medium frequency induction heating is of high heating speed, high thermal efficiency and nice controllability. In order to accurately control the temperature in field joint coating process, a medium frequency induction heating temperature control system is developed based on touch screen controls. Experimental results show that the temperature control system has a friendly interface and can achieve accurate real-time monitoring and control of pipeline heating, which has practical significance of improving quality of field joint coating, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
