摘要
在多相混输管道的运行过程中,注入甲醇是抑制管道内水合物形成的重要方法,而在甲醇注入量的计算过程中需要利用图版法得到甲醇的气液平衡常数。为了简化计算过程,对该图版进行了数学拟合:首先对平衡常数图版进行离散化处理,把图中的每一条曲线都离散成若干个数据点,然后把离散的数据点拟合成相应的公式,最后以公式为基础进行了计算机程序的编写。计算结果表明,数学模拟的效果良好,可应用于工程计算。
A computer program is written with mathematical fitting for the chart of methanol vapor-liquid equilibrium constant. In petroleum industry, it is an important approach to inject methanol in order to prevent formation of hydrate during the operation of multi-phase pipelines. And the methanol vapor-liquid equilibrium constant is essential in the calculation of methanol injection rate. In order to simplify the calculation process, mathemati- cal fitting for the chart is made as follows : Firstly, the chart of methanol vapor-liquid equilibrium is discretized into scattered points. Secondly, the points for each curve are fitted into formulas. At last, the computer pro- gram is written on the basis of the formulas. The calculation results indicate that the fitting effect is fine and it can be applied to engineering calculations.
