含蒸汽空间胶凝原油管道的启动压力推进速度

摘要 胶凝原油管道所含蒸汽空间可显著影响管道再启动过程中的压力推进速度,进而影响管道启动压力与启动时间的估算。给出了含蒸汽空间的黏塑性流体管道启动压力推进速度的数值计算公式,利用该公式模拟计算结果表明:蒸汽空间的存在可显著降低黏塑性流体输送管道再启动过程中的压力推进速度,蒸汽空间越大,降速效果越明显;随着启动距离的增长和启动流量的增大,蒸汽空间对启动压力推进速度的降速效果逐渐降低。 The vapor space in pipeline may obviously effect the advancement velocity of start-up pressure during the start-up of pipeline with gelled crude oil, and effect further more the prediction of start-up pressure and startup time. Numerical formulas of the advancement velocity of start-up pressure in pipeline transporting vis- coplastic fluid with vapor space are derived in this paper. Simulated results by applying these numerical formu- las show that the existing of vapor space can effectively reduce the advancement velocity of start-up pressure. The greater the vapor space is, the more obviously the reduction effect of velocity is. With the increase of start-up length and start-up flow rate, the reduction effect of advancement velocity of start-up pressure re- sulted from the vapor space decreases gradually.
