并联流体阻尼器的网结构隔振器隔振性能研究

摘要 微振动是影响高精度航天器空间分辨率的主要因素之一,提出一种并联波纹管式流体阻尼器的网结构隔振器对航天器舱内设备引起的微振动进行隔离。运用子结构综合法建立垂直于网面方向的动力学方程,获得网面任意一点的动力学响应。实验结果表明,在30 Hz^250 Hz内振动衰减最大值虽然可达40 d B。但是网隔振器的阻尼较小,导致共振峰值较大。并联阻尼器后的网结构隔振器可使共振峰值明显削减,同时,30 Hz^250 Hz内振动最大衰减值保持30 d B。 Micro-vibration is one of the main factors affecting the resolution of payloads and devices in space platforms with high accuracy. In this paper, a net isolator in parallel connection with the fluid damper was proposed to isolate this kind of micro-vibration. Vibration equation in the normal direction of the net surface was established using combined system method, and the forced vibration response of the net was obtained. Experiment results show that the net isolator has good vibration isolation performance and the maximum vibration attenuation can reach 40 dB within 30 Hz-250 Hz frequency range. But the net isolator only has small damping which will lead to a high resonance peak. Once the net is in parallel connection with the fluid damper, the resonance peak can be significantly reduced, and the maximum vibration attenuation can reach 30 dB within 30 Hz-250 Hz frequency range.
