摘要
目的:通过对包头市3个种植地土壤及蒙古黄芪中重金属含量的调查与评价,为包头市蒙古黄芪规范化种植和质量管理提供科学依据。方法:电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)和原子荧光光谱法测定种植地土壤及蒙古黄芪中重金属含量,依据国家标准重金属含量限值对土壤及蒙古黄芪中重金属含量进行评价。结果:土壤及蒙古黄芪中重金属含量均未超标,且蒙古黄芪中重金属含量大小顺序为:铜(Cu)>砷(As)>铅(Pb)>镉(Cd)>汞(Hg)。结论:包头市3个种植地的土壤及蒙古黄芪中重金属镉、铅、铜、砷、汞含量均未超标,包头市三个种植地适宜大规模规范化种植蒙古黄芪。
Objective:To investigate and evaluate the heavy metal content of Astragalus membranaceus ( Fisch ) Bge. Var. mongholicus ( Bge. ) Hsiao ( AMBVMH) and the soil in three cultivated fields of it in Baotou, so as to offer scientific reference for its standardized planting and quality management. Methods:The contents of heavy metals in AMBVMH and its planting soil in Baotou were determined by ICP-MS and atom fluorescence spectrometery and evaluated according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Results:The contents of heavy metals in AMBVMH and its planting soil did not exceed the standard, and the contents of heavy metals in AMBVMH ranked as:Cu〉 As〉 Pb〉 Cd〉Hg. Conclu-sion:The contents of heavy metal ( including cadmium、plumbum、cuprum、arsenic、mercury) in AMBVMH and its planting soil have not been pollu-ted. It is suitable to standardly plant AMBVMH in large-scale in three cultivated fields of Baotou.
