摘要
斜接是高效利用竹材、并可保持接长竹材强度的一种加工方式。在理论分析竹材的最佳斜接角度的基础上,探究竹材的斜接工艺,并对比分析斜接竹材与指接竹材的力学性能。结果表明:1)采用聚氨酯胶,在常温环境、1.2MPa压力下,斜接竹材可获得最大的拉伸强度;2)斜接角度为3.81°时,斜接竹材的拉伸强度与抗弯强度,明显高于5.71°斜接竹材与指接竹材。
Based on optimal scarf joint angle, the authors conducted a series of experiments to evaluate scarf joint angle and pressure on mechanical properties of jointed bamboo. Results showed that: 1) the highest tensile strength of the jointed bamboo was achieved with polyurethane adhesive under room conditions and 1.2 MPa joint pressure; 2) The tensile strength and bending strength of scarf jointed bamboo at an angle of 3.81° were higher than those at an angle of 5.71° and finger jointed bamboo.
