Research and Application of Wood Thermal Modification Technologies in Europe

摘要 介绍欧洲主要木材热处理技术及特点。以Thermowood为代表的常压热处理技术,是目前欧洲的主流木材热处理技术,工艺相对简单,处理装置投资少,种类多,产能高;加压热处理技术具有周期短,温度低的优点;负压热处理则可以保证产品质量均匀,设备维护容易;混合式热处理可通过设备组合和工艺设计优化,以较小容积的设备实现较高产能。 This paper analyzed wood thermal modification technologies in Europe. Atmospheric steam treating technology is mainly used and typically represented by Thermowood technology with features such as relatively simple process, low investment cost, diverse equipment supply and high unit output. Pressurized steam process has the advantage of shorter treating time and lower treating temperature. Vacuum process can guarantee uniform product quality with easy equipment maintenance. For the combined process, small-volume equipment can achieve high production capacity by optimal equipment combination and process design.
