井眼垮塌条件下声波和密度曲线的校正方法

摘要 在实际生产中,由于地层松散程度的不一致、钻头的震动及裂缝带的存在等,井眼垮塌成为一种常见的现象,垮塌会直接导致密度、声波时差等测井仪器产生测量误差,从而影响测井解释、层位标定、地震反演等工作的精度。本文首次提出"双重标准"约束下的井眼垮塌校正方法,该方法首先用井径、密度和声波时差曲线建立"双重标准",卡出需要校正的层段,在此基础上根据测井曲线的交汇分析得出密度曲线校正模型,并结合Gardner公式进一步对声波时差曲线进行校正,经过红河油田后续工作的检验,该校正方法取得了良好的效果。 In actual production procedure, due to the inconsistent looseness of the formation, the shock of the drill and the fracture belt, etc.,borehole collapse has become a common phenomenon. It will directly lead to wrong measurement of the logging tools, such as density logging, acoustic logging, etc, to reduce the accuracy of logging interpretation, horizon calibration and seismic inversion. This is the first development of the borehole collapse correction method based on 'double criterion', the method uses density and acoustic travel time curves to establish a 'double criterion', finding out interval needs to be corrected, and on this basis, according to logs intersection analysis establish the density curve correction model, then combined with Gardner's rule get acoustic travel time curve correction, and in the Honghe oilfield, the correction method has achieved good results.
