摘要 提出一种针对强瞬变空气系统的模块化建模方法,该方法将空气系统模型分解为由规范接口互联的4类基本元件,并考虑了空气系统强瞬变过程中容腔效应和气体惯性力的耦合影响.基于面向对象的技术开发了仿真程序,并使用公开的数据对模型进行验证.结果表明:该仿真模型能够正确模拟空气系统强瞬变过程中的局部逆流、压力波传导、多容腔耦合振荡等毫秒时间量级物理现象,不仅如此,其模块化的设计特征也为进一步耦合精细的空气系统元件和建立复杂空气系统网络奠定了基础,该模块化仿真方法在航空发动机空气系统的复杂动态响应特性和机理的研究中具有切实应用前景. A modular modeling method for air system with fast transient was established.The air system model was decomposed into four kinds of basic units interconnected by the standard data interface,which accounts for combined effects of volume packing and flow inertia during rapid transients.The numerical code was programed by utilizing object oriented technology,and its predictions were validated against published data.The results show that the simulation model accurately predict the millisecond time scales physical phenomena of air system with fast transients,such as reversal flow,transmission of pressure wave,coupled oscillations between multiple cavities,etc.Moreover,its modular charicteristic allows integration of further detailed air system units and establishment of more complexair system network.The modularized simulation method has prospect in studying the complex dynamic characteristics and mechanism of aero-engine air system.
