摘要
分析了干法乙炔生产工艺的特点,认为GB 10665—2004检测电石乙炔中硫化氢含量的方法不适用于用水量少的干法生产的乙炔,提出了新的检测方法。采用硫含量低的兰炭与普通焦炭进行合理配比,生产出了低硫电石,这种电石可用于干法乙炔的生产。
The characteristics of dry-process acetylene production were analyzed. The method in GB 10665--2004 to detect the content of hydrogen sulfide in calcium carbide method acetylene was not suitable for dry-process acetylene, and a new measuring method was put forward. Low-sulfur-content semi-coke and coke were mixed in proper ratio to produce low-sulfur-content calcium carbide, and the calcium carbide could be used in the production of dry-process acetylene.
