摘要 分析了ACR、CPE以及导电炭黑对PVC管材阻燃抑烟性能的影响。结果表明:添加ACR对PVC管材的热释放量影响较小,有利于PVC管材的抑烟性能;添加CPE不利于PVC管材的阻燃抑烟性能;导电炭黑用量增大,PVC管材的阻燃抑烟性能变差。 The effects of ACR, CPE and conductive carbon black on the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of PVC pipes were analyzed. The results showed that the addition of ACR had less effect on the heat release amount of PVC pipes, which was beneficial to the smoke suppression of PVC pipes. The addition of CPE was unfavourable to the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of PVC pipes. With the increase of conductive carbon black amount, the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of PVC pipes became worse.
