摘要
目的:观察山里红叶醇提液对异丙肾上腺素诱导的大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:皮下多点注射异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,测定血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及血清丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果:山里红叶醇提液能抑制异丙肾上腺素诱导的大鼠中血清中AST、CK、LDH、HBDH的活性及升高血清SOD活性,降低血清MDA含量。结论:山里红叶醇提液对大鼠异丙肾上腺素引起心肌缺血的关键酶有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of alcohol extract of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge. Var. major N. E. Br. from Heilongjiang province on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in rats and explore the underlying mechanism. Methods: Sub- cutaneous injection of isoproterenol with multi-points was used to induce acute myocardial ischemia in rats. The activity and level of key enzyme in serum including aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and serum gamma dialdehyde (MDA) were detected. Results: Alcohol ex- tract of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge. Var. major N. E. Br. from Heilongjiang province could inhibit the activity of AST, CK, LDH and HBDH, enhance SOD activity and decrease serum MDA content in the rat model induced by isoproterenol. Conclusion: Alcohol ex- tract of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge. Var. major N. E. Br. has Significant effect on the key enzyme, which suggests the protective effect on myocardial ischemia induced by isopreterenol in rats.
