管饲给药情况分析

Analysis of Drug Tube Feeding

目的：了解我院经饲管给药的药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：调取我院2013年5月～2014年4月管饲给药病例,对药物使用情况、用药合理性等进行统计分析。结果：一年内共有384例采用了管饲的给药方法,占同期出院病例的1.48%（384/25 946）。经饲管给药的药物以心血管系统药物（21.09%）、消化系统药物（18.16%）及神经系统药物（14.84%）为主;不合理用药有228例（59.38%）,包括选药不当、用法不当与配伍不当等3个方面。结论：经饲管给药的特殊性,药师可以更多地在临床用药前实施事前干预,以延续药物治疗的安全有效性。

Objective： To analyze the application of drug tube feeding in our hospital to provide reference＇for the rational drug use in clinics. Methods： From May 2013 to April 2014, the application and rationality of drug tube feeding were retrieved and analyzed. Results： A total of 384 cases were with drug tube feeding in the year, which accounted for 1.48% among the 25 946 patients. The ma- jor medicine was cardiovascular drugs with the percentage of 21.09% followed by digestive system drugs （ 18.16% ） and nervous sys- tem drugs（ 14.84% ）. Totally 228 unreasonable medical orders were found, which accounted for 59.38%. The unreasonable aspects included improper selection, inappropriate use and unreasonable compatibility. Conclusion： For the specificity of drug tube feeding, pharmacists should take more intervention in advance in order to extend the safety and efficiency of medication treatment.
