摘要
目的:采用HPLC法同时测定蛇胆追风丸中阿魏酸、蛇床子素的含量。方法:采用Phenomenex Synergi C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱,检测波长为322 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min-1。结果:阿魏酸、蛇床子素线性范围分别为1.244~14.928μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9)、5.004~25.020μg·ml-1(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率分别为98.3%(RSD=1.4%,n=6)、98.2%(RSD=1.6%,n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为蛇胆追风丸中阿魏酸、蛇床子素的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish an i-IPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid and osthole in Shedanzhuifeng pills. Methods: The analytical column was Phenomenex Synergi Cls (250 mm× 4.6 mm,4 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution, the UV detection wavelength was 322 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Results: The linear range of femlie acid and osthole was 1. 244-14. 928 μg · ml - 1 ( r = 0.999 9) and 5. 004-25. 020 μg · ml -1 ( r = 0.999 8 ), re- spectively. The average recovery was 98.3% (RSD = 1.4% ) and 98.2% (RSD = 1.6% ) (n =6), respectively . Conclusion: The method is simple, available and accurate, which can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid and osthole in Shedanzhuifeng rills.
