摘要 目的:探讨案例教学模式在提高中西医结合医院临床药学教学质量的应用效果。方法:连续2年对中医药专业学生的医院临床药学实践采用案例教学模式,实施过程注重案例的准备与分析控制,运用问卷调查方式评估教学效果。结果:案例教学模式在中西医结合医院药学带教中不仅使学生熟悉了临床药学知识,而且培养了学生的分析能力,提高了中医药学生的临床技能与专业兴趣,与传统教学方法相比教学效果大幅提升(P<0.01)。结论:案例教学模式教学效果明显优于传统教学法,适合在中西医结合医院临床药学教学中推广应用。 Objective: To explore the application effect of case-based learning in order to improve the teaching quality of clinical pharmacy in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital. Methods: The case-based learning was used in the clinical pharmacy practice of traditional Chinese medicine for continuous two years. In the implementation process, case preparation and case analysis control were emphasized. A questionnaire was applied to evaluate the teaching effect. Results: The case-based learning could make student understand the knowledge of clinical pharmacy, cultivate analysis ability and improve their clinical skills and professional interests, and the teaching effect was significantly improved when compared with that of the traditional teaching methods(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Case-based learning should be promoted and utilized in clinical pharmacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital. Furthermore, its teaching effect is apparently better-than that of conventional teaching mode.
