摘要
以某项目原油长输管线为研究对象,结合数解综合法公式估算的快捷性和AFT Impulse软件计算的精确性。首先用经验数据代入公式快速估算出水锤的最大压升,并利用工程经验快速辨识和筛选可能发生较严重水锤事故的管线,然后利用水锤软件进行精确模拟和计算,并制定合理的水锤防患措施。
With one long oil transportation pipeline as studying objective, the swiftness of the equation from numerical synthesis method and the accuracy of Impulse software for simulation of water hammer were estimated. First, empirical data was input to the equation to estimate the maximum pressure rise of water hammer. With engineering experiences the pipeline in which the most serious water hammer may occur was then fast classified. Finally, water hammer was simulated and calculated by using software, and the proper protection methods were determined.
