新型城镇化下城乡结合部的规划探索——以安溪德苑片区控规为例

Research on the Plan of Urban- rural Fringe during the New- type urbanization process– A case study of An Xi Deyuan area's Regulatory Detailed Planning

随着城镇化的推进,城乡结合部地区存在的问题愈发凸显,传统的城市规划思路和技术手段已经难以适应新时期下城乡结合部的发展要求。本文以安溪德苑片区控规为例,系统地梳理了片区存在的问题,从城乡规划角度探索其对策与建议,以期对城乡结合部的规划提供参考。

With the development of the urbanization,problems in urban- rural fringe area have become more prominent,the traditional urban planning approach and techniques cannot meet the requirements of developing urban- rural fringe during a new- type urbanization process. This paper takes An Xi Deyuan area＇s regulatory detailed planning as an example,points out the problems of this area,and explores ways and suggestions to solve the problems,to provide a reference in planning of urban- rural area.
