适应绿色建筑评价标准变化,建设高起点高标准绿色建筑——以福州市市民服务中心改建工程项目为例

Adapt to Green Architecture Evaluation Criteria Change,Construct High Starting Point High Standard Green Architecture——take Fuzhou Public Service Center Reconstruction Project for example

文章从我国先后颁布的两部绿色建筑评价标准出发,论述和分析了两部评价标准的不同之处,指出了新标准的新变化。通过对标准的深入分析设计和建造了福州市市民服务中心改建工程,本着超前性、创新性、节约性和地域性的原则,按照国家最高标准三星级进行了建筑的设计工作,进行建造并投入使用,最终针对项目从新标准的六个方面进行了具体的论证,希望通过本文可以为广大建筑从业同行提供一些有益参考。

The paper began with the two Green Architecture Criteria that successively promulgated by our country,discussed and analyzed the differences between them and pointed out the new changes of the new criteria. Through deep analyze we designed and constructed Fuzhou Public Service Center Reconstruction Project,based on the principle of advancement,innovativeness,economical,regionalism and aimed at the highest standard of three star we finished the design work and the project come into use and finally specifically demonstrated in six aspects of the new criteria. We hoped to provide beneficial reference to the colleagues through this project.
