羟基脲预治疗急性髓细胞白血病致急性肿瘤溶解综合征1例 被引量：3

摘要 肿瘤溶解综合征（TLS）是血液肿瘤科常见的急症,临床表现主要有高尿酸血症、高钾血症、高磷酸血症、低钙血症等,最终导致肾功能衰竭、心律失常、癫痫、神经系统并发症,甚至死亡.有报道[1]多种药物可引起TLS,常见的药物有阿糖胞苷、环磷酰胺、6-巯基嘌呤、足叶乙甙、胺丫啶、氟达拉滨、2-氯去氧腺苷、长春新碱、泼尼松、地塞米松等;羟基脲[2,3]也可引起TLS.文献大多报道羟基脲治疗慢性粒细胞白血病诱发TLS[4,5],而羟基脲预治疗急性髓细胞白血病致急性肿瘤溶解综合征报道较少,现报道1例并进行相关文献复习.
