摘要
针对某试验室现状,探寻缩短绝缘油色谱分析周期的方法。通过在色谱流程中添加一个检测器、对进样注射器加装定量卡子以及对试验人员进行大量实操培训,减少了谱图出峰总时间,并且除去了CO、CO2拖尾现象对CH4、C2H4含量测定产生的影响,达到"三快"要求,使一个油品的色谱分析过程从原来的70 min缩短为60 min,提高色谱定量分析的速度与准确度,为设备、电网的安全可靠运行提供了可靠保证。
According to the laboratory situation,the method was explored to shorten the chromatographic analysis period in insulating oil. Through adding one detector in the chromatographic process,installing quantitative clip to injector and carrying out practical training for test personnel, the spectrum peak time was reduced and the tailing phenomenon of CO,CO2 which influence the determination of CH4,C2H4 was eliminated, achieving the Three Fast requirements. This method shortens the time of chromatographic analysis for oil product from 70 min to 60 min,improves the speed and accuracy of Gas Chromatography(GC)quantitative analysis, and provides a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of equipment and power grid.
