10kV农村配网线损大幅波动原因分析及统计

Cause Analysis and Statistical Discussion of Large Fluctuation of the Line Loss in 10 kV Rural Distribution Network

针对农村配电网10 kV线路的线损率存在明显波动大的特性,介绍了影响线损率的诸多因素及其影响特性,然后选取某县级供电公司典型10 kV线路作为研究对象,着重从供售电量不同期方面对农村配电网线损率的影响进行了分析,最后对县级供电企业在10 kV线损考核方面如何更加公平提出了建议。

There are obvious fluctuation characteristics of the line loss rate in 10 kV rural distribution network.This paper briefly introduced many factors affecting line loss rate and the impact properties firstly. Then, typical 10 kV line of a county-level power supply company is chosen as the research object, and the impact of the sale quantity at different periods on line loss rate in rural distribution network is analysed emphatically. Finally,some suggestions are put forward at how to make fairer assessment of 10 kV line loss for a county-level power supply company.
