现代职业教育背景下的思政课教学改革思考——高职思政课教学面临的困境与对策

Thought of Ideological and Political Course Teaching Reform under the Background of Modern Vocational Education

目前高职院校思想政治理论课教学处于两难境地并存在诸多问题。为此,我们要对症下药,积极探索寻找最佳对策:改革课堂教学,增加课内实践教学环节,培养高职生就业能力;借用项目任务教学模式,围绕能力素质适应"校企合作"的需要,把课外社会实践和课堂课内实践结合起来。在校外社会实践的基础上,结合创新的高职教学模块内容,探索课内实践教学新模式,培养学生团队合作精神、表达沟通能力。

At present higher vocational ideological and political theory course teaching is in a dilemma and has many problems. Therefore, we should actively explore to find the best solutions： reform the classroom teaching, increase the in-class practice teaching link, cultivate student employment ability; learn from project teaching mode, adapt to the needs of school-enterprise cooperation around ability and quality, and combine the social practice after class and in-class practice. On the basis of social practice, combined with the innovation of higher vocational teaching module content, it explores new mode of classroom practice teaching to cultivate student team-work spirit and communication ability.
