高职物流专业“产教融合、工学交替”培养模式探讨

The Discussion about the Training Mode of Production and Teaching Fusion, Work and Study Alternation of Higher Vocational Logistics Major

构建"产教融合、工学交替"培养模式是现代高等职业教育改革与发展方向。通过分析"产教融合、工学交替"的高职人才培养模式的内涵,探讨目前我国高职教育培养模式存在的问题。在物流专业教育微观方面,提出了人才培养模式的做法;在宏观方面,进行了人才培养模式的一些思考。

The building of production and teaching fusion, work and study alternation training mode is the direction of modern higher vocational education reform and development. Through analyzing the connotation of higher vocational talent training mode, it discusses the problems in higher vocational education training mode currently. In the micro aspect of logistics education, it proposes the ways of talent training mode; in the macro aspect, it thinks about the talent training mode.
