高职复合型速录人才培养的思考——以大连地区为例

The Thinking of Higher Vocational Compound Stenography Talent Training

复合型速录人才的培养主要是依托高职教育来完成的。近年来,大连地区的高职院校在速录人才的培养上取得了一定成绩,也存在急需解决的问题。通过对高职复合型速录人才培养现状的分析,在"职业性"的定位、课程设置的辩证关系、"双师型"师资队伍的培养、课堂分层次教学改革、实训教学的保障、第二课堂的开辟等方面进行了思考,旨在深化高职教育教学改革,提高速录人才培养质量,为区域经济发展提供顺畅的速录人才输出途径,提供可供借鉴的人才培养经验。

Stenography talent cultivation mainly depends on higher vocational education. In recent years, the talent training of higher vocational colleges in Dalian area has made certain achievements, yet there are also problems to solve. Through analyzing the current situation of higher vocational stenography talent cultivation, it considers the positioning of professionalism,the dialectic relationship in course setting, the cultivation of the ＂double type＂ teachers, hierarchical teaching reform, practice teaching security, and the opening of the second classroom. It aims to deepen the higher vocational education teaching reform,improve the quality of talent cultivation, provide stenography talents for regional economic development, and provide experience in talent training for reference.
