科研考核作为高职院实行岗位聘任与工作业绩考核的重要手段之一,其构建应从考核目标、考核指标选取和考核体系的制定入手,建立合理、科学并具有可操作性的考核体系。高效利用科研管理平台,是科研管理的重要组成部分,为科研业绩考核提供参考与决策支持。研究和构建科学合理的高职院科研成果考核办法,对加快高职院科研工作起到示范和引领作用,尤其是对提升高职院办学软实力和提高科技创新能力都具有重要的现实意义。

As one of the important means to develop post employment and performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges, its construction should start from the evaluation goal, the evaluation index selection and the establishment of evaluation system, and build the reasonable, scientific and operable evaluation system. The efficient use of scientific research management platform is an important part of scientific research management, providing reference and decision support for scientific research performance appraisal. The study and establishment of scientific and reasonable appraisal methods plays a role of demonstration and guidance, especially is significant in promoting the soft power of higher vocational colleges and improving the scientific technological innovation ability.
